EDTECHRUN is a platform that schools, colleges and coaching institutes ("Schools") use to run admissions, academics, fees, staff and communication.

Schools create user accounts and decide each user's access. Keep your password confidential, and tell your School or us straight away about any unauthorised use.

• The School owns the data it adds, and is responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use it, including parental consent for children where the law requires it.
• We process School data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not break the law, access data you are not permitted to see, attempt to breach the Service's security, send spam, or interfere with other users.

• Schools pay for their plan per billing cycle. If an invoice stays unpaid after the grace period, access may be restricted until it is paid. Data is not deleted because of a late payment.
• Fees that parents pay to a School go directly to that School. EDTECHRUN is not a party to those payments.

We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms. A School may stop using the Service at any time, and can request an export of its data.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Our total liability is limited to the fees the School paid us in the previous 12 months.
